Level 3 of the international META-Health standard
This training is for you if you have attended and practiced with Level 1 (Foundation training) and Level 2 (Advanced/Practitioner training), and you want to: 
- Be able to reframe and help with “mental illness”
- Discover and use the strengths in our weaknesses
- Be able to affect negative states and habits
- Understand the concept of Brain Constellations in depth
- Be able to support or dampen the activity in specific brain parts by various means
- Appreciate the significance of conditions that improve or challenge healing
- Have efficient tools for the whole variety of situations in coaching
- Understand when which approach is meaningful, safe and effective – the dos and don’ts
- Find your niche and be a confident Master of META-Health
We will focus on understanding complex cases, which means self-reinforcing conflict patterns and brain constellations. We want to approach this practically with examples and real cases, and develop our creative toolbox so that we get confident handling all kinds of clients and situations with meaningful support.
Our Level 3 Master Classes will start on Wednesday, November 26th, and run every other Wednesday for 20 sessions.
Of course, we’ll have a Signal group for sharing and discussion, and Kora is committed to answering any of your questions.
In the weeks between classes, a study group with Sarah’s tutor support is available to help you further digest and practice the material. You can already join in for preparation.

Your META-Team
Kora Klapp
Kora is a META-Health Master Practitioner and Certification Trainer with professional background in physiotherapy, who also is experienced in leading traditional sailing ships, and who has a passion for permaculture.
An inquisitive mind, she likes to bring science together with life experience and the META-view.
Kora specializes in online coaching and mentoring, and gives META-Health trainings in German and in English language.
Ousaima Alghazou
Ousaima is a META-Health Certification Trainer and also a qualified pharmacist, which gives her a solid understanding of conventional medicine. However, her interest in complementary therapies led her to explore alternative healing modalities, which makes her unique in delivering META-Health. With her dedication, expertise, and compassionate approach, she provides a supportive learning environment for her students to learn, grow, and master the art of META-Health.
Thorsten Krüger
Thorsten has been Kora’s backbone for conducting online trainings for more than 10 years. Besides being a trained pharmacist, META-Health Practitioner, and Trainer, he is also a competent web programmer and currently the administrative director of META-Health International CIC. With his scientific and analytical background, combined with his helpful genius, he is ready to solve any technical challenge you may encounter in the META-Health training.
Sarah Bremer
Sarah is a recently certified META-Health Master Practitioner – student support is an ideal role for her! A minimalist world traveller with only hand luggage, she has lived in hostels and made the most of every encounter with different people and traditions. Sarah is contagiously fascinated by body-mind work and has made herself an expert in breathing and skin, enthused about META-Health and exploring everyone’s potential to learn and heal!
Certification
Examination and Certification are optional, but you need them in order to acquire the title “META-Health Master Practitioner.”
The requirements for Certification with MHI are:
- Excellence in Advanced META-Health Analysis, shown in practical demonstration and 10 well-documented and followed-up case studies with reported results
- Excellent rapport-building skills, demonstrated in a practice demo
- Ability to identify and explain the experienced symptom pattern to the client to create AHA, shown in a practice demo
- Confidence in META-Health Coaching and Therapy shown in practice demo and case studies
- Effective use of Stress Trigger–Emotion Release Technique, Belief–Values Alignment, and Resourcing, shown in practice demo and case studies
Once you have submitted and discussed 10 new case studies from your practice – some of which include working with Constellations – and have provided an acknowledged demonstration of your META-coaching that includes the use of appropriate tools, you will receive the “Certificate of Completion Level 3“.
With this, you are entitled to be accredited as META-Health Master Practitioner by META-Health International CIC, provided you are an active member. The Master title indicates that you work regularly with META-coaching or therapy, keep yourself updated in the field, and are willing to share and discuss with other META-Health professionals, such as in the MHI forums and Pro-Cafés.
Fees
The fee for the 20 Master classes, learning material and personal support, is 1180,-€
Examination and Certification as a META-Health Master Practitioner by META-Health International CIC is 580,-€
A payment plan with monthly or quarterly installments is possible (12 months without certification, 18 months with certification).
For cases of low income, you may apply for a maximum 50% reduction of the fees.
