META-Health International is starting the next online course for you in december 2023!
This course contains both self-study and live training in online classes. It will take 12 months including 24 live sessions, 2 hours each, mainly in a 2-week rhythm. You will get preparatory videos, reading material and tasks that help to understand and integrate the content, while the group sessions focus on demonstrations and practical exercises for you. All the time, our trainers and tutors will support you and we’ll be a learning family with an active chatgroup. Altogether you should reckon approximately 3 hours per week.
To cover most time zones, the schedule will be tuesdays at 18:00 Central European Time, starting on december 5th, 2023.
Course content
You will learn the META-Health methodology for self-help, coaching and therapy:
- Understand the META-Health principles and the Organ-Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection
- Use META-Analytics for assessing the background and development of any health issue
- Establish stress triggers, emotions and beliefs affecting your client’s health issue
- Learn the building blocks for efficient changework and therapy
- Unlock people’s healing potential through META-meanings, facilitating health supporting lifestyle changes
- Develop integrative tailor-made META-Health Action Plans for your clients
You’ll learn META-Health from scratch. Those who have absolved a MHI Level 1 training within the last year get a discount of 20% of the training fee.
After the training you’ll be ready for the certification process to become licensed as META-Health professional.
Certification is optional. Even if you aren’t a health professional, you may enter the training to deepen your knowledge, understanding and resources for becoming and staying healthy – however be aware that basic knowledge of biology and anatomy will be very helpful!
META-Health Analytics

Certification
Examination and Certification are optional, but they will be needed if you want to practice META-Health with clients.
Theoretical examination:
There are quizzes for the theory chapters (it’s possible to take them several times).
Practical examination:
Each candidate shall do a demonstration of the Analytics process with a client, either live in class or recorded, which is reviewed and accepted by the Certification Trainer.
Each candidate shall submit 5 case studies on own or clients’ health issues, that are reviewed and discussed with the Certification Trainer.
After having fulfilled these requirements, you will receive the “Certificate of Completion Level 2”, which is needed to become a licensed META-Health Practitioner.

Your Trainers
Kora Klapp
Kora is a META-Health Master Practitioner and Certification Trainer with professional background in physiotherapy, who also is experienced in leading traditional sailing ships, and who has a passion for permaculture.
An inquisitive mind, she likes to bring science together with life experience and the META-view.
Kora specializes in online coaching and mentoring, and gives META-Health trainings in German and in English language.
Ousaima Alghazou
Ousaima, currently director in the Board of META-Health International, is a qualified pharmacist, which gives her a solid understanding of conventional medicine. However, her interest in complementary therapies led her to explore alternative healing modalities, which makes her Unique in delivering META-Health.
What sets Ousaima apart as a training leader is her passion for bringing healing and transforming lives. With her dedication, expertise, and compassionate approach, she provides a supportive learning environment for her students to learn, grow, and master the art of META-Health. Ousaima teaches in English and Arabic language.
Sari Ilvonen
Sari is a Finland-based META-Health Trainer, practitioner of different energy healing modalities and expert of supporting holistic healing with essential oils. Sari worked in the technology field and came across to META-Health in 2011. At that time the Foundation training opened her mind to see the natural healing opportunities, and thereafter she has witnessed several unexpected healings in her own life. Sari’s approach to health is both practical and simple, and she only teaches what she knows to work in practice. Sari combines her experiences of natural health with real-life examples and shows how she applies META-Health knowledge in everyday life.
Craig Weiner, DC
Craig is based in the Pacific Northwest in Washington State, USA. He has worked in the complementary health care field in clinical practice for 35 years. He has been an integrative chiropractor for the past three decades. He divides his time between private practice, and running international trainings and mentoring students and clinicians as an EFT International Accredited Master Trainer of Trainers and certified Matrix Reimprinting Trainer. As a foundational META Health International trainer he brings his professional clinical experience, science-mindedness, love of neuroscience and commitment to transformational bodymind healing.
Dr Anu Mehta
Dr Anu Mehta, director in the board of META-Health International CIC, is Certification trainer of META-Health, trainer in the Information technology called NES-Health, and Master Trainer for Advanced Clearing Energetics in India. She also trains people in various emotion releasing techniques – sound therapy being especially dear to her heart.

Low income
MHI offers a 50% reduction of above fees, financed by the solidarity of the global META-Health community, i.e. 840 € instead of 1 680 €. No administrative formalities but fair use, please!
Refresh and update
If you already have completed a META-Health (Level 2) certification training, you are welcome to participate for a contribution of 20% of the training fee, i.e. 336 €.
